We make a large selection of fresh, frozen, or smoked sausages. Here at Denmark Sausage Co. we take pride in making the finest top quality wild game sausage out of your wild game meat. We use only the finest spices and the freshest pork (or beef) in creating a variety of wild game sausage items sure to please the whole family. With more than 32 years experience in making sausage out of your wild game you can be sure that the meat you bring us will be made into your favorite sausage items. We require a 10 pound minimum for each item you order to insure the proper blending of spices and ingredients in your products. This is why year after year Arizona hunters keep coming back to get more of there wild game made in to the great sausage they have come to trust and love from Denmark Sausage Co. Products are packed in one pound packages for easy storage and portion control. Our summer sausage can be packed in either 1 pound or 3 pound tubes. DROP OFF - (Map) Please bring in your BONELESS game meat (fresh or frozen) Mon-Fri between 8am and 3pm. We do not do any boning or cutting of game meat. Processing Time Please allow between two and three weeks for the processing of your order as some items take longer to make than others. Jerky – Ground & Formed Please note: Our ground and formed jerky requires 30 pounds of game meat to yield 10 pound of finished product do to the dehydration process. Finished Weight We add 1/3 fresh pork (or beef) to the total weight of all sausage items ordered. You will be billed at your finished weight. I.E. 20 pounds game meat (plus 10 pounds fresh pork) = 30 pounds of finished product. This allows you to order up to three different items, 10 pounds ea.
